For over two decades I have done my best to stay healthy. Easy really. Just eat the right amount of good, fresh food and exercise regularly. I have learned to be cautious of advice about food, particularly if the data comes from the United States. U.S. science and medical system are excellent, but the U.S. is the last choice of countries in the world to look at to discover what is best for our health. Their bloated habits, over-use of drugs and sweetened, processed foods are clearly the cause of 'western' diseases.
