Assemble a set of recipes.

These must be ones that you really like. Find out their Calorie content. Eat the high ones less often and the low ones more. Try to reduce the Calories in the high recipes by using different cooking methods or ingredients. This might well not work, as often the replacement ingredient or technique doesn't give the same result. In that case forget it and just enjoy the dish. It pays to learn about 'good' and 'bad' ingredients, and there is help on other pages here. A good guide is to learn about the average US diet and do the opposite.
