Don't eat late at night

There is growing evidence that evening and night-time eating is a bad idea. Our metabolism is different overnight so the energy in food is not used and is likely to be stored as fat. However others think that late eating might be good for active people if they stick to complex carbs, fruit, non-starchy vegetables, white meats or even peanut butter.
